Two Friends One Vision
A Community Like No Other.

AT THE HEART OF THE CONNECTICUT WOMEN’S CLUB
are two women who have been friends for nearly 20 years, always knowing they'd create something special together.
Both believers in the transformative power of authentic connection, they've created a space where women can truly be seen, supported, and celebrated.
MEET Molly
From her earliest days at sleep away camp, Molly discovered the profound magic that happens when women gather in circles. This lifelong passion for creating safe spaces where authentic connection flourishes naturally has been the thread running through everything she does.
After years in North Carolina, Molly returned to Connecticut to be closer to family and now calls Stamford home, where she lives with her beloved dog Danny. Her journey back wasn't just a change of location—it was a homecoming to a community that embraced her with open arms.
When she's not bringing women together for transformative experiences, Molly channels this same spirit through her work as a bestselling author, therapist, and healer. She founded the Beacon Program, wrote the bestselling book Breaking Up with Sugar, and now offers transformational healing in her sound healing studio and with her Sacred Programs. Every aspect of her professional life reflects her commitment to helping others find wholeness.
Her transformative approach to healing has been featured on the Today
Show, Good Morning America, in the New York Times, and on the Skinny Confidential podcast.
What draws Molly to Michelle is her extraordinary courage—she moves through the world with a bravery that never considers shame or rejection, embodying the very freedom she helps others find. Michelle is also the single most authentically generous person she knows.

MEET Michelle
Michelle has always possessed an extraordinary gift for bringing people together in ways that create meaningful relationships and lasting impact. This natural talent also blossomed during her childhood sleep away camp days, where she witnessed firsthand how authentic bonds could reshape lives and foster genuine belonging.
Now living in Easton with her husband Eric, sons Ryker and Jordie, and their two dogs Perry and Mia, Michelle found her way to Connecticut during the pandemic, seeking space and nature for her family. What began as a search for peace, evolved into finding her true home.
As the cofounder of Soul Camp Creative, Michelle has built a thriving practice as a brand strategist for mission-driven entrepreneurs and thought leaders around the world. Her remarkable ability to see people's unique gifts and help them shine has made her a trusted guide for those seeking to share their message authentically and powerfully. She also co-created Soul Camp, an immersive adult sleep-away experience that has helped thousands rediscover joy and connection.
Her work and insights have been featured in prestigious publications including TIME and Oprah Magazine, and she has appeared on national platforms like Good Morning America. Her highly anticipated book, NOT AWAKENED (Hachette 2026), promises to challenge our conventional understanding of shame and offer a fresh perspective on how we can move through the world with greater freedom and authenticity.
What Michelle treasures most about Molly is her deep devotion to everything she does and everyone she touches - from her friendships, to her clients, to her own transformation and reinvention.
the Welcome
HOME PARTY
When Molly was preparing to move back to Connecticut after years in North Carolina, Michelle had an idea—throw her a "Welcome Home" party over Labor Day weekend. She invited 30 of the most fabulous women she knew, but quietly, both Molly and Michelle wondered if anyone would actually show up during one of summer's busiest weekends.
They were in for a beautiful surprise. Twenty-nine women—yes, twenty-nine—arrived with open hearts and warm smiles, ready to welcome Molly into their sisterhood. The energy was palpable, the conversations deep, the connections instant.
That one day changed everything. Molly realized she wouldn't be starting over alone. She had found a built-in community of women who saw her, supported her, and made Connecticut feel like home again. And that's when it hit us—every woman deserves this experience.
The Connecticut Women's Club was born from that moment—from the realization that when women come together in the right space, friendships form effortlessly, opportunities appear naturally, and life begins to expand in ways we never imagined.
